Planiform's 1.4” dia. (3.56 cm) Light Duty
Gravity Roller Conveyor is ideal for carrying lightweight packages or in
operations requiring lightweight moveable sections. Standard Specifications Frame: 2-1/2” (6.35 cm) deep x 12 ga. formed steel or 1/8” (3.175 mm) aluminum channel with welded cross members. Widths: 12” (30.38 cm), 15” (38.1 cm), 18” (45.72 cm), 21” (53.34 cm), 24” (60.96 cm) and 30” (76.2 cm) overall. Lengths: 5 ft. (1.52 m) and 10 ft. (3.05 m) straight sections. Special lengths are also available. Curves: 30° to 90°, 48” (1.22cm) outside radius on 12” (30.38 cm), 15” (38.1 cm) and 18” (45.72 cm) widths; 60” (1.52 m) outside radius on 21” (53.34 cm), 24” (60.96 cm) and 30” (76.2 cm) widths. Optional End Couplings: Hooks on one end, bar on opposite end. All couplings are bolted to frame. Rollers: 1.4” dia. (3.56 cm) X 18 ga. Galvanized steel or heat-treated aluminum tubing. Oiled ball bearings both ends. Axles: 5/16” (7.94 mm) hex spring loaded axle spaced on 1-1/2” (3.81 cm), 3” (7.62 cm), 4” (10.16 cm), 4-1/2” (11.43 cm), 6” (15.24 cm), 8” (20.34 cm), 9” (22.86 cm) or 12” (30.48 cm) centers. |

1.9” dia. (4.83 cm) Medium Duty Gravity Roller
is used in permanent installations. It provides an economical means of carrying
lightweight to medium weight packages. Standard specifications Frame: 3-1/2” (8.89 cm) deep x 10 ga. formed steel with welded cross members. Lengths: 5 ft. (1.52 m) and 10 ft. (3.05 m) straight sections. Other lengths are also available. Curves: 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°, with 36” (91.44 cm) inside radius. Rollers: 1.9” dia. (4.83 cm) X 16 ga. galvanized steel tubing. Grease-packed ball bearings both ends. Axles: 7/16” (1.11cm) hex spring loaded hex axle spaced on 2” (5.08 cm), 3” (7.62 cm), 4” (10.16 cm), 4-1/2” (11.43 cm), 6” (15.24 cm), 8” (20.34 cm), 9” (22.86 cm) or 12” (30.48 cm) centers. |

It provides an economical means of carrying medium to heavy weight packages. Standard specifications Frame: 4” (10.16 cm) deep painted formed channel with welded cross members. Lengths: 5 ft. (1.52 m) and 10 ft. (3.05 m) straight sections. Rollers: 2-1/2” dia. (6.35 cm) X 11 ga. steel tubing. Grease packed plain ball bearings both ends. Axles: 11/16” (1.74 cm) hex spring retained axle spaced on 3” (7.62 cm), 4” (10.16 cm), 4-1/2” (11.43 cm), 6” (15.24 cm), 8” (20.34 cm), 9” (22.86 cm) or 12” (30.48 cm) centers. |
