Vertical monorail lift - heavy loads
Our pneumatic monorail lift can allow the rail section that supports heavy loads to be lifted. Usually found in gravity rail systems, this pneumatic will take an empty buggy coming from an inferior level rail and bring it to the loading level, lift it up to the final level where gravity will take it on its journey across the plan. This lift is mostly used for industrial laundry to raise huge soiled garment bags off to another location. Planiform is now using more and more of these lifts for other industrial applications as well.
HIGH SPEED VERTICAL MONORAIL LIFT
This elevator allows a rail section to move vertically and to connect to another rail system. You can, for example, connect two different level monorail systems together. Mostly used for systems that utilize garments on hangers, this elevator can easily be modified and adapted to fit all sorts of products.Using an electrical motor, the control buttons can easily me mounted either at the top or at the bottom of the system and every unit is equipped with plastic guards for safety purposes.
Precision vertical monorail lift
This type of elevator allows you to move a rail section vertically from one railing system to another one at a different level. It has the capability to stop at any height with great precision which makes it ideal for any work or assembly station. It can also be used in a gravity monorail system to bring up the products and let them go on an inclined rail section.Using an electrical motor to run, this lift can be activated by control buttons or even be hooked up to a machine that will allow it to perform preprogrammed tasks.
"Chain saw" type conveyor
This type of conveyor allows you to move up garments on a hanger to another level. Equipped with photocells at the entry and exit points, it will detect when you push a garment into the system and will activate the conveyor for the required time. The garments will automatically be brought to the superior level. This conveyor also uses an electric motor.
Power storage rail
The PSR allows a compressed storage of garments on hangers. Generally these conveyors are mounted horizontally near the ceiling allowing the use of space underneath. This type of conveyor is often found as a part of different sorting systems that uniform rental companies use.
Scissor lift tables
Planiform designs and builds scissor lift tables. These tables are custom designed to meet all your needs (capacity and length of stroke). Fabricated and assembled in our shop, these special tables will surely meet your highest standards.
