We are in the midst of moving into the store in Calgary (our largest in Western Canada) and the racks have been simply outstanding. We had an issue with a power tailgate and had to take some fully loaded racks off the back of the truck by hand with quite a hard drop on concrete.We encountered no issue with the racks during transport or offload including the ones that encountered rougher than normal handling off the truck.
It's a great product and has worked out very well for our application.
