Overhead enclosed track conveyors

Overview

Overhead tube conveyors allow the automation of a variety of industrial applications. This graphic representation illustrates a typical application in which the conveyor transports metallic parts that are carried through various processes. This system includes a drive unit, a take-up unit and several vertical and horizontal curves.

1. Drive unit must be installed at the highest point of the conveyor circuit.
2. The take-up unit is used to adjust the tension of the chain. It is not required for all circuits.
3. Loading and unloading points.
4. Various vats in which the parts are dipped one by one.
5. Paint room.
6. Paint baking oven.
