Our client, Planiform, is looking for an experienced human resources professional with a background in fast-paced, high-growth environments. They want someone to join their management team at their headquarters in Terrebonne.

Planiform designs and installs state-of-the-art robotics and automated conveyor systems for international fashion retailers' distribution centers. Driven by innovation, artificial intelligence, and a strong investment in R&D, the team is shaping the future of global logistics.

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and processes that support the company's continued growth and align with its business objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle with the support of the talent acquisition advisor, including international hiring and partnerships with external firms;
  • Advise managers on performance management, labor relations, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and analyze HR indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen the employer brand and analyze the market to remain competitive.

Your skills and abilities

  • University degree in human resources, personnel management, organizational behavior, or a related field;
  • CHRP certification is an asset;
  • 10 years of experience in an HR management position;
  • Proven experience in personnel management and strategic HR leadership;
  • Fully bilingual, French and English, both oral and written
  • Able to travel outside Canada without restriction.
