Plant Supervisor – Manufacturing, automation, fashion
Planiform is seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of advanced automated equipment at its Terrebonne facility.

Responsibilities
- Supervise teams of assemblers, welders, mechanics, and installers.
- Ensure quality control, workplace safety, and timely delivery of equipment.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with operations, planning, and procurement teams to improve workflows.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and support team onboarding.

Qualifications
- College diploma in operations management, production, administration, or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of experience in plant supervision
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNESST safety standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
